Qualified employees are in demand in industry, research and teaching. Above all people are searched who have a longtime professional experience and special qualifications.

A very difficult task and great effort is to win them over and convince them to stay. Because companies and universities in big cities like Frankfurt and Hamburg are more attracting to the most people.

The special challenge for companies in the Kaiserslautern region is, on the one hand, to offer interesting jobs and on the other hand, to convince a potential job candidate for the location. There is an association in Kaiserslautern named “ZiRKL – Zukunft im Raum Kaiserslautern”, what means “Future in the Kaiserslautern region”.
ZiRKL helps individual, flexible and is geared to the needs of the people and the regions characteristic.

ZiRKL made it its task to call attention to Kaiserslautern. The goal is to win people with established education and their families to the region and make them available for our job market. The special challenge is to release their deep familiar rootedness carefully and to rebuild it new in our region. The integration in social networks is a main focus of ZiRKL.
